Hi! I’m Brittany, a brand designer with over a decade of experience, and the founder of delightful. I chose the name delightful because I love partnering with brands that make people feel good, healthy, safe, joyful – and overall, delighted.

Designing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. At 8, my dad asked me to design a logo for his CPA firm. By 12, I was creating MySpace layouts and "selling" them. Choosing a career in graphic design was a no-brainer, despite a college professor once telling me I’d never make it. But here I am, proving that designing was exactly what I was meant to do. My professional journey started at a small agency, where I worked on new brands across a variety of industries. Later, I shifted to much larger global brands like Volkswagen, BMW, and Macy’s. Eventually, I went in-house at Justworks and Superhuman, where I focused deeply on building one brand at a time.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our cat, Gracie. I also find joy in flowers, long walks, dinner parties, table decor, interior design, deep conversations, personal growth, fashion, holistic health, and cooking—all of which inspire me in both life and design.
